The prize-giving ceremony took place in the Bethlehem Chapel in Prague on May 17th, 2017 to announce the 15th National Museum Competition ‘Gloria Musaealis’ 2016 winners in all categories. The Museum of Czech Literature got the ICOM Czech Republic’s Prize for the exhibition ‘Havel-Prigov and Czech Experimental Creation’ that was on in the Star Summer Palace from June 17th to October 31st. The exhibition had been arranged by the MCL; the Václav Havel Library; and the Dmitri Prigov Foundation. Co-operating with Zbyněk Baladrán, the team of curators (Sabine Haensgen, Tomáš Glanc and Petr Kotyk) had put together one exceptional exhibition project with the international overlap, which links literature to visual arts.
